Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

Early passes and full passes are non refundable and non exchangeable.

All recordings and class materials are subject to copyright and may not be shared amongst any wider community or non-attendees. Furthermore, class materials and recordings may not be posted publicly, unless given special permission to do so by the organisers and teachers. Failure to adhere to this rule could result in legal action.

Workshop recordings with be accessible until Dec 31st, 2024

It is the participant’s responsibility to listen to their body during any physical exercise. Before trying a physical dance workshop, please seek advice from a medical professional. Each teacher will do their utmost to demonstrate a physical exercise safely, however Raks Dunya; it’s organisers and teachers do not hold responsibility for any injuries or medical situations that may incur as a result of physical exercise during the workshop.

We do not tolerate any abuse or aggressive behaviour towards our teachers, organisers or fellow participants. This behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the participant receiving a ban in attending the live workshop where they will be removed immediately. In the case of this, refunds are still non-applicable.
